DREAM FEST 2025 is a grandiose musical event that brought together 40,000 spectators, more than 50 artists from 12 countries and gave four days of bright emotions. The MAX \ MAX team took on the full technical production of the festival, turning each performance into a spectacular show. The main stage was impressive in size - 55x20 meters and about 250 tons of metal structures. A unique turning circle with a diameter of 12 meters with a media structure, including a double-sided LED screen and lighting equipment, was created for DREAM FEST. A massive 27-meter-long LED canopy screen, mounted with a crane, towered over the spectators. The show used more than 1000 lighting devices, as well as a full range of special effects: fire, pyrotechnics, smoke, confetti and fireworks. Every day, 200 technical specialists and members of the directing team worked on the stage to ensure the impeccable quality and dynamics of each performance.

The artist gathered a full stadium of 62,000 people, who lived the evening with her and charged with their wild energy. From the first minutes, the audience was in for surprises, and Polina amazed the audience in each number with new arrangements of everyone's favorite tracks, then incredible choreography. The show became the embodiment of all its existing and most striking elements: a 50-meter stage half the stadium with lifting and lowering platforms, giant screens, custom decorations, enchanting special effects - fire / pyrotechnics / water show with fountains / serpentine, live orchestra and much more. Together with the sunset, the mood of the show and the atmosphere in the stadium changed. Polina appeared before the audience in completely different images, both gentle and airy, so bright and daring, and the artist's transformations were amazing - during the entire show, Polina changed more than 11 costumes. A separate element of the show was that each spectator became its participant with the help of glowing bracelets, which transformed the stadium space into a single canvas and became the lighting solutions for the numbers.

When developing the concert, we wanted to show that Artur Pirozhkov is a real outrageous showman of our time, who amazes with his charisma and charges the audience with incredible energy from the moment he appears on stage. From the first minutes, the audience was immersed in the atmosphere of a bright performance, where anything could happen. The highlight of the scenography was the stage tablet in the form of a rotating "hypnotic" circle and a 9-meter tongue surrounded by fans. Also, a screen on controlled winches and a plunger built into the stage stairs allowed Artur and the invited artists to appear effectively, as well as quickly and imperceptibly carry out re-setups. With each song, Artur changed his role and appeared either as a choreographic referee, or a tamer, or a toastmaster at a wedding feast. 72 dancers, more than 100 costumes that change in each number, a lowering wedding table, a proposal of marriage, dancing on barrels and a real "money fall" - all this, as well as many different directorial decisions, special effects, choreographic productions and invited guests made the hall buzz from the first to the last number. Bright, enchanting, pompous and beautiful - these are the words that became the postulates of Artur Pirozhkov's show!

Thailand became the 21st point on the map of MAX \ MAX projects! Together with our regular client, as always a well-coordinated team, we brought to life a series of bright events - from a large-scale conference to an exquisite banquet. As always, we took on the direction and technical production of events, provided the search for contractors, management from preparation to holding events.

For our team, creating the blue carpet of VK Fest is always a creative challenge. We approach its development from different sides: logistics, content, technology, design. In addition to the carpet itself, we provided a stage for artists with a backline, separate zones for interactions with the hosts and show integration, a DJ zone and a WOW effect - a 12-meter travelator built into the carpet. The hosts, guests and artists of the first and second days changed, and together with them we changed the logic of the program. It is the multifunctionality of our stage space that allowed us to have more areas for exiting the carpet, new angles and backgrounds for the next guest. A distinctive feature of the blue carpet from others is its bright musical performances. We prepared show numbers for 10 artists and each was in their own recognizable style and mood.

ZHARA MUSIC AWARDS 2024 brought together the brightest stars, outstanding artists and true music lovers. Working on the award was a fascinating experience. The setup we developed embodied a multi-level Olympus crowned with a light diadem, which emphasized the concept of the event. The stage levels were used for the artists to appear from different points, maintaining the interest of the audience in the numbers. The central stele of the 7x8m screen and an additional screen in the tunnel on computer winches transformed the stage visually and solved the director's tasks, such as the ability to prepare show numbers with decorations, ballet or a live performance. In many numbers, the trick was a mix of content and broadcast. We used effects, colors, rehearsed moments and angles with the operator and then the live broadcast became part of the content. For example, in the number with Niletto, Oleg Miami and Lesha Svik, when Lesha could not come, his presence on the stage was created using a video. To unite all the artists in one space, we broadcasted Dani and Oleg live. Thanks to this, Lesha's presence seemed as real as possible. Together with Klava Koka, we presented a new sound of familiar songs, using a choir and stylization. The number itself turned out to be contrasting in mood and one of the most memorable. Special effects are a favorite expressive means of any director. Sometimes a minimalist and restrained number of an artist, like Emin's, acquires its own zest and becomes memorable thanks to sparkles. In Dima Bilan's number, the task was to convey thought and philosophy, to reveal the eternal theme of love. The special effect in the form of hovering petals enhanced the perception and made the performance a bright final point of the show.

On February 15, the day of the premiere of the detective series "Prestige", the online cinema START immersed the Smirnov mansion in an atmosphere of mysteries and secrets. In the flickering of candles, accompanied by piano, guests together with the cast attended the closed premiere of the START series - "Prestige". Our team provided technical management services and created the concept of lighting design for the event.

HELLO! AWARD The Metropol Hotel hosted a gala dinner of the HELLO! magazine, where outstanding personalities of the year in various cultural nominations were recognized. In addition to the award ceremony, the stage featured performances by SOPRANO Turetsky, Nyusha, MOT, Olga Buzova, Mari Kraimbrery, the Vintage group, IOWA, Zara, and the headliner of the evening was Dima Bilan. The MAX \ MAX team developed the stage design and the artists' numbers.

Emin presented a new concert program, including songs from the upcoming album in English and popular Russian tracks in updated arrangements. Our team developed a scenography that allowed the use of multimedia and lighting effects to create various visual images of the program numbers. - Three screens that transform into a double or panoramic screen - A light frame on kinetic winches that changes its position in space in each number - Five plungers with built-in special effects that lifted the artist and musicians to the culmination of the numbers - A changing light distribution on kinetic winches that transported the audience to the atmosphere of a romantic retro evening, a cozy winter story or an incendiary rock concert - The main expressive means were live broadcasts and effects on them. The result was a program in which the artist was comfortable not just following the script, but being the conductor of his show and enjoying the performance!

The solo concert of the popular singer Zara was presented as a theatrical show consisting of four acts, each of which revealed different aspects of love and demonstrated different images of Zara. The show was distinguished by an original directorial approach, artistic solutions and impressive special effects, thanks to which the audience was transported to various locations - from the grandiose St. Isaac's Cathedral to a huge modern metropolis. The main elements of the stage design were a massive double-sided ring-screen with a diameter of 20 meters and a central kinetic screen. To create a special atmosphere, 22 kinetic lanterns were made, which were reminiscent of St. Petersburg at the beginning of the 20th century or an oriental palace. One of the highlights of the show was the number with a letter that flashed right in the hands of the actor, which caused strong emotions in the audience. Thus, Zara's solo concert became not just a musical performance, but also a profound play about love, which showed the versatility of the singer's talent and her ability to transform into various roles on stage.

On September 20, VK presented the new VK Video app at the SkyLight central office. The event was attended by show business stars, influencers, journalists and bloggers. We took on the tasks of creating a setup, developing a director's idea and program, and organizing an online broadcast of the app launch. The project idea was proposed and implemented jointly with the VK team within 10 days. The approval of all project elements took place in parallel with their direct creation, editing or launch into production. The location where the event was held deserves special attention - this is the heart of the VK company. We had to be the first to build up this space on such a large scale, accommodating everything necessary without disrupting the working regime in the building.

The celebration dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the company "Electroshield-Samara" was held in the largest sports complex "Sports Palace named after V. Vysotsky". This event brought together more than 3,500 guests, including company employees, veterans, key partners, clients and government officials. The main theme of the celebration was - a reflection of the history of the enterprise, the connection of generations and the energy of achievements that the company's employees have been creating for many years. We created a unique design for the stage and the multimedia object "chandeliers", and also provided technical production services.

The largest festival in Russia VK Fest 2023 was held in five cities this time. The final point was Moscow, where one of the most striking events of the capital took place - the Blue Carpet. Famous artists, bloggers, athletes and other celebrities walked along it. The MAX \ MAX team developed the design of the Blue Carpet, technical production and direction of the show. A distinctive feature of the Blue Carpet of VK Fest is not only its color, the number of celebrities in the frame, but also the approach to their appearances. Two days of the carpet were accompanied by spectacular shows: MOT and Seville, MARKUL and Tosya Chaikina, IOWA and many others - a unique performance was prepared for each artist. The closing of the carpet was accompanied by a twenty-minute mix of live performances by VK ambassadors - JONY, Klava Koka, VALYA KARNAVAL, Vlad A4, Timati and Philipp Kirkorov.

On May 27, the Megasport Sports Palace hosted Polina Gagarina's solo concert and presentation of her new show "Forever". We acted as a full-fledged production for this event - direction, content, technical development. The stage and acts had many non-standard solutions and technologies, many of which were the author's developments of our production team specifically for the concert: - Almost the entire second level of the stage was a huge lifting platform, with the help of which dancers and decorations for the acts appeared in front of the audience. This solution was made possible by a system of programmable plungers, the accuracy of which was calculated to the millimeter - A case for pyrotechnics geeks. In one of the acts, a real car was lifted onto the stage, which is not surprising in itself. But the fact that in this act the entire stage literally burned from a huge amount of pyrotechnics became a separate story in the preparation of the project. To make this possible and comply with the necessary fire safety regulations, we had to disassemble the car from the inside and remove potentially dangerous containers with flammable liquids - The main wow effect of the show was the media cube in the "World Ocean" act. We selected the perfect mirror material that let the light from the hidden LED screens through well. The main challenge was, of course, the effect of Polina disappearing at the climax of the act. The fact is that there is no ready-made stage solution for this trick on the Russian market, so we had to develop and manufacture almost half of the entire structure in production. Judging by the reaction of people in the audience and the media, it was worth it. - In the best traditions of world tours, an entire technical city unfolded under the stage. Mechanics control posts, sound and light racks, passages for artists from their dressing rooms to the exit points on stage, all this was located right under the stage - Unique locations were selected for each video with the participation of people, and all of them were very unusual. Only one video clip was shot using chromakey, everything else was filmed in natural scenery. Also for the project, we specially created a 3D model of Polina using scanning. - Every little thing, every costume or prop item, even the dancers' shoes were created exclusively for the concert.

We held a series of events for Oriflame in sunny Turkey. As always, we were responsible for the directing, staging, scriptwriting and technical work on the project. Specifically, we held a conference with online participants from 6 countries, then arranged a fiery open-air white party for 1,600 people and ended it all with an award ceremony in the ancient amphitheater of Aspendos, which is under the protection of UNESCO. Through emotions, new impressions and impeccable organization, we managed to inspire the company's employees to new professional victories and goals.

For the second time, together with the MILANA STAR team, we created a children's show in the CIS that had no analogues in terms of scale, which was sold out. As always, our team was responsible for the technical production and direction of the concert. The event took place in Vegas City Hall, on stage in addition to the main star of MILANA STAR, performed: Vavan, Chris Yank, Milana Filimonova, Denis Bunin, Yasya Degtereva, Milana Nekrasova. The stage's backstage was bursting with the amount of props (from a motorcycle to a huge cake), costumes, decorations and 70 dancers.

The year 2023 began for the MAX\MAX team with another international project. This time we went to sunny Abu Dhabi in the company of 300 leaders of the Oriflame company. The entire conference week was full of events from morning to evening. Starting with real races on the Formula 1 track, through a multi-hall conference with a high-speed transformation of the stage for the award ceremony, and ending with, perhaps, one of our most atmospheric events - a gala dinner in the desert, which began at sunset and ended under a dome of millions of stars. All this was accompanied by our director and technical team. And, of course, it couldn't do without 3D - all locations were restored from scratch (some exclusively from photos and drawings) in 3D space and the developed setups were inscribed into them.

In early October, our team was lucky enough to once again implement one of our favorite projects. The main feature of this event is the emphasis on directing and staging a real performance. We were faced with the task of creating an hour-long show that would tell about the history of the company, its past, present and future. Without using trivial moves and repetitions from past anniversaries. In close cooperation with the client's team and thanks to him, we certainly succeeded. The best confirmation was the feedback from guests and the company's management. This project also stands out for its scattering of modern technologies. Firstly, each element of the stage was dynamic - be it the central screen on the road or semicircular screens, trusses with light, which made it possible to create a unique configuration for each episode of the performance. Secondly - the use of radio-controlled trucks for the appearance of various decorations on the stage. And, of course, the machinery of the site itself was actively used, such as a rotating ring for the appearance of artists and props, point lifts for projection surfaces and decorations.

"VOICE: Main Faces" at the House of Music. A symphony of light and sound. This year, the Voice award ceremony took place on the unique stage of the Moscow International House of Music — a place where every note sounds special. The concept of the evening was inspired by the very atmosphere of the venue: the leitmotif of the show was different directions of musical art and a live organ. The audience was treated to a new interpretation of familiar tracks — with live arrangements, the use of live instruments and a powerful organ sound. The opening of the award was marked by an organ intro, specially created for the concert. A polyphonic choir, a conductor and surround sound filled the hall, turning the introduction into a theatrical musical act. A special moment was the unexpected opening of the first number: an a cappella choir performed the canon of the chorus of the track "Blondes and Glamour", after which the choir, organist and conductor literally "entered" the role of soloists, performing the song together with a live orchestra and choral inserts. Behind the show's aesthetics and lightness was precision engineering: - For the first time: a LED screen suspended on computer winches - with the latest ultra-light screen to meet strict weight restrictions - Mountains of voluminous props and a backline in a tiny backstage - Light without smoke: the kit was selected so that everything worked in conditions of a complete taboo on any special effects - Projection + LED: a successful synergy, where even the organ became a canvas for mapping onto the artists' numbers!

This time the blue carpet appeared on a new scale and with even more diverse content in terms of the number and content of musical performances and spectacular guest appearances. 32 guests, 18 spectacular appearances, 10 musical performances by artists with a show component and all this live online.

In September 2022, the Oriflame Golden Conference was held in Dubai. MAX \ MAX acted as the project's production team and technical consultants. Given the versatility of the setup, based on a panoramic video screen surface, we managed to impress guests with the production of each number, both within the main conference and at the awards ceremonies of the company's top leaders, immersing them in the atmosphere using visual and lighting effects. Either in content or in the production with ballet and other artists, we highlighted the events and obstacles that Oriflame presidents from all over the world had to go through in recent years to find themselves on stage in the spotlight that evening. Each award ceremony was focused on the strong inner meaning of the performances reflected in the show.

On July 23 and 24, 2022, the main music festival of the country VK Fest was held in 3 cities of Russia - Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi. The MAX \ MAX team was engaged in the preparation and direction of the Blue Carpet of the main festival site in the Gorky Park of Culture and the development of the design of the main online studio of the festival. This project has become unique in its kind among similar events in the CIS. In addition to bright appearances and interviews with star guests, our team staged a spectacular musical program of the most recognizable tracks on the Blue Carpet every day. Olga Buzova, Polina Gagarina, Olga Seryabkina, Eldar Dzharakhov, Lolita & Costa Lacoste - this is a far from complete list of artists who performed on the carpet, and a unique staged performance was created for each. The total duration of the musical content was about an hour and a half, which is equivalent to a full-fledged solo concert. The fact that the track was broadcast live on the VK website and on MUZ-TV also added special features to this project.

At the end of September, as part of the Russian stage of the most famous auto races in the world - the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Sochi - the MAX \ MAX team implemented one of the largest partner zones for the Rostelecom company. Among the features of the project, I would like to highlight the preparation time, from the moment the request was received until the start of installation, a little more than two weeks passed, and of course the experiment with the stand floor. We decided to use the technology of semi-dry screed, received a cast coating with a concrete texture, and rationally used the budget. By the way, all the decorations and equipment were delivered from Moscow, which also limited the time for development and production. But in the end, despite the periodic storm rains and winds, the zone turned out to be one of the most visited in the Olympic Park already during installation.

IBBY Congress is an international scientific forum dedicated to children's literature and everything connected with it. And this year it finally took place in Moscow, and our team was responsible for its full organization. The opening of the Congress took place in the Pushkin Museum with the participation of M. Shvydkoy and S. Stepashin, as well as official addresses from T. Golikova and V. Putin. In the following days of the Congress, the participants moved to the Russian State Children's Library, where the main scientific program and discussions took place. Another important and status part of the Congress is the annual ceremony of awarding the G.C. Andersen Gold Medal - an analogue of the Nobel Prize in children's literature. Therefore, to emphasize the status of the moment, Pashkov House was chosen for the ceremony. Despite a fairly large number of offline participants, many were still unable to fly to Russia due to the pandemic. Therefore, an online platform for the Congress was developed, where all 8 streams of speeches were broadcast simultaneously in 6 languages, and a separate huge block of exhibitions of works and achievements of writers from all over the world was also implemented.

Oriflame always creates bright and inspiring events. Each project should set the bar for the market and stand out on the world event map. This time, such an event was CEO connect: Secret edition - an online event, the purpose of which was to sum up the results of the outgoing difficult year, highlight the most dedicated employees and congratulate beloved colleagues. To hold the event, we created a communication system for 3,000 employees with video feedback and the ability to communicate online live. Zoom was chosen as the basis for the software part of the project. For its quality and stability of communication under heavy loads. It was also necessary to deploy a network of 60 computers to manage the output of the necessary users during the event program. We managed to get a strong emotional response from the employees, since the format of the event was kept secret. In the first frames of the broadcast, they saw an ordinary plasma with the name of the project, and it seemed that this was the maximum. But as soon as the camera began to move away, two 12m screens with live images of all participants opened up to them. We avoided static camera work and used intra-frame editing. Almost the entire event was filmed with one Steadicam, and the change of angles occurred along with a clearly rehearsed change in the camera's trajectory. The main difficulty and challenge was that we had to prepare the online project completely remotely, from development to direct management of the program on the day of the event. We staged a hybrid event "Phobia" for QIWI employees, the purpose of which was to involve not only the quest participants, but also online viewers. We were tasked with developing a creative idea and setup for a "fear room". Six teams took turns overcoming their fears: claustrophobia, fear of snakes, insects, fear of the unknown, darkness, and the biggest fear of being watched. Two hundred people not only watched their colleagues overcome their fears live, but also supported them. For the losing team, they chose prison as a punishment, and for the winners, one of three bonuses. The project took 3rd place among 38 applications for the international AMBER EVENT AWARDS.

Microsoft Russia for the first time held its international Envision Forum in an online format. On September 30, experts discussed the issues of responsible digitalization and sustainable development in the new economic reality.

On March 13, the Orion Hall hosted Alla Krutaya's anniversary, surrounded by her closest friends, creative colleagues and stars of Russian show business. The MAX \ MAX team took on the task of creating a gentle, beautiful and unobtrusive atmosphere of the coming spring in the hall, filled with the purity of blossoming snowdrops and lilies of the valley. The name of the project - Spring Melody, prompted us to create the main decoration of the stage and the hall, in the form of a musical staff made of LED tubes and "warm" lighting devices.

This time, together with the Unique Present agency and the Oriflame event team, we prepared an event for three and a half thousand guests of the first Oriflame MEGAforum in Tashkent, the purpose of which was the first event presentation of the company in the completely new market of Uzbekistan. For several months, painstaking preparations were carried out: development of the concept, script and visual design, selection of technical solutions and work with artists. For the guests of the forum, we created a bright, dynamic and at the same time meaningful program, which allowed not only to introduce the participants to the values ​​of the brand, but also to demonstrate the scale of its capabilities. Particular attention was paid to the atmosphere of the event: from the first step into the hall, the participants found themselves in a space where every detail - light, sound, decorations, content on the screens - emphasized the significance of the event. The company's leaders spoke on stage, sharing the development strategy and inspiring stories, and the final chord was a spectacular show program that united all the guests in a single impulse. The MEGAforum was a real breakthrough: it not only set a high standard for future Oriflame events in Uzbekistan, but also strengthened confidence in the huge potential of this market.

As part of the third day of the Rostelecom CUP Grand Prix in Figure Skating, our team developed a show on ice. Olympic champion Adelina Sotnikova took part in the project. The main effect was 3D visualization on the ice. The projection moved in conjunction with the skate trace and framed the figure skater's movements. This allowed for the creation of an augmented reality effect.

On October 5, at Crocus City Hall, singer Slava presented her first solo program in 5 years, “Cry of the Soul.” Much has changed in the artist’s work and life, and this could not but be reflected both in the songs themselves and in the show. The MAX \ MAX team staged a real performance in four acts, in each of which the singer appeared in different images, in a new location and with new characters and colleagues on stage. A majestic castle, a chic variety show, a cozy tube bar and a noisy night metropolis — this is where Slava told her stories. The singer literally let the audience onto her stage, met with her closest friends in the eponymous bar “Cry of the Soul,” which worked throughout the concert as a symbol of the place where the most sincere conversations sometimes take place. Slava’s friends and colleagues took part in the concert, including: Emin, Stas Piekha, Lyubov Uspenskaya, Denis Klyaver and Viktor Drobysh. In addition to the already beloved material, they performed several completely new tracks, recorded literally a couple of days before the concert. We also developed the scenography, the task of which was to turn the rather large stage of Crocus City Hall into a backstage space, but maintaining a decent scale.

VK TUSA: A night trip to the legendary 2000s. A real time machine was set up within the walls of the Crystal Culture Center! We immersed guests in the era of crazy parties, live music and iconic VHS recordings — the very atmosphere where the VK spirit was born. What was it? A retro rave with disco balls, neon flashes and glitch screens — as if they came straight from old TV screens! A musical mix of 2000s hits that lit up the dance floor. Nostalgic details — from cassettes to an authentic setting that transported everyone to the golden era of club culture. VK was not just a social network, but a cultural phenomenon inspired by the spirit of freedom and creativity of the 2000s. Our team implemented the project from the idea to the final show — and this is only the first salvo of VK TUSA this year!

From 19 to 21 April, the presentation of the new Range Rover Evoque took place on the territory of the Southern Sports Core of the Luzhniki SC. The peculiarity of the event was that the car appeared both during the day and at night - and in both cases, of course, it was necessary to give a laconic but bright frame to this event. Therefore, we proposed and implemented a solution with the new cars driving out on a laminated podium at a height of 2-3 m, thanks to which the spectators, watching from a human height, had a feeling similar to the appearance of a famous artist on stage!

The CRE Awards in the field of commercial real estate was once again held at a new venue, the Crocus Expo IEC. The winners of the Award were the best objects in their category that meet modern development requirements, as well as professional companies operating in the industry. Our tasks were: general coordination of the project, work with the ceremony program and technical production. A futuristic stage set was created for the event, in which elements of the award logo are read, and the visual center was this year's slogan "ALL EYES ON YOU". Also, the client's main wish for the space was the effective use of the site's dimensions. To solve this problem, we placed multimedia "pillars" along the perimeter of the seating, which simultaneously symbolized skyscrapers and the award's symbol "golden brick".

It was a complex but incredibly interesting project - from the flight of fantasies and ideas to testing the strength of each participant! MAX \ MAX directed the show, working out every image and movement of the ballet and artists on stage. Several dance groups combined the productions, for which custom costumes were created. Setup, video content, technical production - our team implemented everything up to the full logistics of the event! The result exceeded the expectations of even the artist himself.

This time, the Oriflame Diamond Conference 2019 flew to the very edge of the earth - to one of the most amazing cities in the world and Australia - Sydney. Armed with the experience of foreign events and international communications, we once again carried out the directorial-staging and technical parts of the event. The distance of half the world and the huge difference in time zones were a significant challenge, but did not prevent us from doing everything beautifully!

The MAX \ MAX company implemented an unusual event format for the corporate segment - a full-fledged theatrical performance about the history of the company and its role in the development of the region. The venue for the performance was the ultra-modern concert hall of the Neftyanik Theatre Institute in Surgut. The project was created "from scratch", both in terms of direction and production, and in terms of technology. Since the concert hall could not accommodate all the company's employees at the same time, the show was held for three days in a row. The production evoked a strong emotional response from all viewers, especially industry veterans. Also, top officials of the energy industry, federal and regional authorities and representatives of the business elite of Russia were present at the show for all three days.

Our team loves such challenges - and as a result, on August 12, Tesla.Place presented a full-fledged multimedia show, each number of which was accompanied by various interactive and technological solutions. Almost everything that happened on stage was synchronized by time code - from lasers to video mapping on the walls. This allowed us to perfectly realize the client's expectations and enhance the emotions of all the guests of the evening. Also, as part of the program, the directorial group MAX \ MAX productions implemented a fashion show from partner brands. For a more effective presentation and appearance of models, mapping on costumes, gyro scooters and combined video filming with complex post-production were used.

This year, the Oriflame Directors' Banquet was held at one of the main venues in Moscow - the Olympic Stadium. Our team grew the event from an idea to its full implementation and bright emotions of the guests. The stage design, directorial work on staging the show, high-quality control of the entire technical foundation and the well-coordinated interaction of the MAX \ MAX team made it possible to achieve a decent level of the event and the beauty of the celebration.

The Annual Meeting of the Alfa Group Management Team was held in the Congress Park of the Ukraine Hotel. We were tasked with reflecting the innovative, "digital" vector of the company's development in the stage design. The MAX \ MAX team also acted as the event's directorial and coordination group.

On January 29, 2017, the opening ceremony of the 28th World Winter Universiade was held in Almaty. MAX \ MAX developed the visual concept and the full technical setup of the event, including the mechanism of the Universiade Flame, as well as the concept and director's course of the ceremony.

On January 27, the Moscow School of Management "Skolkovo" hosted the partner conference of the company 1C-Bitrix "BITRIX Day". Our team provided a full range of technical management services and decoration of the event. We also acted as the director-coordinator group of the main program, one of the main tasks of which was strict adherence to the timing of the conference.

On December 17, Moscow hosted a large-scale festival of the Wargaming.net company - WG fest. This event became the key event of the year for the entire Russian audience of the project. This time, our team was responsible for the directorial production part on the main stage of the event. We were faced with the task of developing a program for the entire day together with the client. From the list of works, it is definitely worth noting this creation of the entire lighting concept of the stage, three staged show numbers, each of which was recorded according to timecode, an orchestra placed vertically from the tablet to the ceiling, written original music tracks for the productions, attracting a consultant from the special forces, original choreography.

ONstage Forum is the only forum in Russia dedicated to technical and show production of events. This year the project acquired a prefix - FUTURE EMOTIONS. The event allowed to discuss urgent problems and build the right vector of cooperation between industry professionals in the conditions of the modern market. Among the speakers: Alexey Sechenov (Sechenov.com), Nikolay Zinovenko (Lightmaster), Ted Moore (Tait Towers), Alexey Shlykov (Copter Express), Pavel Toloknov (PRESET-FX), Tim Routledge, Maxim Kozlov (Interactive Lab), Ralph Larmann, Alexander Us (SILA SVETA), Sergey Shanovich (SHANDESIGN.PRO), David Gallo (Stage Entertainment), Alexander Rykhlov, Alexey Golubev (MAG Film), Valerio Festi.

We prepared and implemented a full range of technical production for the SAP digital project. Our team developed the concept and design of the stage, carried out a full set of technical management of the event, as well as the decoration of the project.

MAX \ MAX Productions acted as the General Partner of the annual award "Event of the Year" in the concert hall "Barvikha Luxury Village". We developed a creative concept of the stage, 3D visualization of the site and stage, and also carried out a full range of technical management services for the project.

The 18th Annual Conference of the Dynamo Society was held in Gostiny Dvor. In addition to technical management of the project, our task was to develop the concept of the event, as well as to carry out the full scope of decorative design of the stage and additional areas of the site.

One of the most creative projects of MAX \ MAX Productions is the concert of Anton Belyaev and THERR MAITZ at Crocus City Hall. The MAX \ MAX team was given complete creative freedom in developing the stage concept. In accordance with the sound of the group - electronic, yet lively and intimate - a combination of LED screens and devices with a large amount of warm lamp light was chosen.

ONstage Forum is the first event in Russia dedicated to technical production and modern show technologies. The Forum was attended by about 500 people, 15 speakers from various areas of the show industry, about 300 units of lighting equipment were used. The first forum received a fairly large number of positive reviews, and together with the management of Prolight + Sound, it was decided to make the ONstage Forum an annual event.

The BEFOOZ project in Crimea is a continuation of the legendary musical project KAZANTIP. The MAX \ MAX company took part in the project as a technical directorate for the following blocks: drawing up the technical specifications, developing the lighting concept of the project, logistics of all equipment from Moscow to the Crimean peninsula, control of installation and construction works.

The concert "Stars of Road Radio" celebrated its 5th anniversary, and the MAX \ MAX team was faced with the task of reflecting this event in the stage design. This is how the central element and the hosts' stand in the shape of the Latin numeral "V" appeared. The design department of MAX \ MAX performed 3D visualization of the entire project, including the development of individual decorative elements and the site.

Oriflame Megaforum in Crocus City Hall is an event dedicated to the development of the company, its constant movement forward, which was clearly reflected in the name "Express to the Dream". In this regard, the stage designed by MAX \ MAX Productions acquired a diagonal perspective with a large number of video surfaces, which allowed to create a dynamic picture at any moment of the event.

Traditionally, the Oriflame Directors' Banquet is held in Gostiny Dvor. This time, the MAX \ MAX Productions team faced the task of promptly and effectively getting a large number of people on stage. In connection with this, the stage received a system of podiums, dynamic screens and lifts.

The event of the WARGAMING company "Portraits of Victory" in the SC "Olimpiskiy" is a truly grand event. The MAX \ MAX team carried out a full range of technical production - event logistics, full site development, creative and functional development of the stage space in accordance with the client's tasks, as well as the preparation of project technical documentation and a full range of approvals.

The Kazantip Z23 project is the first experience of the legendary Kazantip festival going beyond the equator. The MAX\MAX team took on the tasks of selecting contractors in the nearest countries - Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, China, working out the logistics of delivering equipment to the island, preparing the island's infrastructure to ensure the operation of lighting and sound equipment.
